Novotel Manila Araneta Center: For Business & Leisure

5:43 AM

In my previous posts about Food Exchange in Novotel Manila Araneta Center, I mentioned about how the Novotel brand is spearheading the face-lifting of the Cubao commercial area. Everything there seemed to be sparkling and new.

Just a few weeks after our awesome dinner, I attended a concert at the new Kia Theater. On my way out, I found the beautiful Christmas decorations along General Aguinaldo Avenue, the same street where the main lobby of Novotel is located, and across it are the glowing windows of Rustan's. Who would've thought previous dimly-lit streets can now be a good place for friends and family to spend quality time.

This is important as Novotel Manila is trying its best to make guests feel at home. Making them comfortable doesn't just start and end while you are inside their rooms. They want you to feel safe even if you are outside. Well on the contrary, why do you have to go outside?

Me and some blogger friends have a great time spending our Christmas party in one of Novotel's 401 stylish rooms and suites. We played games, exchanged gifts (of course), had raffle, and ate great food which was delivered straight to our room by the awesome team of Gourmet Bar. We were around 10 people inside the room and there wasn't any problem with space. We all had a great time!

Some midnight snack from the Gourmet Bar which was delivered straight to our room. This is the only publishable memory from our party. LOL!

The great thing about Novotel is its flexibility. It may have been built as a business traveller's accommodation but it can very much be a playground too! You can eat 'till you drop in (as what I mentioned earlier) the amazing Food Exchange which has an excellent selection of both Asian and Western cuisine. You can spend a few hours at the spa or at the fitness center. And for the kids? Play with them or go for few lapses at the swimming pool.

For staycationers, Novotel is also a perfect choice. You will forget that you're actually in the middle of a commercial district because you'll get the privacy that you need. The building is near MRT and LRT 2 but minus the noise.

The rooms are equipped with soft smart foldable pillows with a memory foam mattress, a 40-inch LCD TV with cable connection and high-speed internet which will should your staycation complete. A complete coffee and tea facility and the mini-bar are also available which made our mini-party more fun. The bathroom have high-end amenities which offers more than your basic toiletries. Sounds like a home, right?

Novotel Manila Araneta Center is the first Novotel in the Philippines but is a part of the Accor system. This means, that booking is really easy. You can check for room availability here -

Sorry for the rope. It means a lot of things are going on. This is a view from my room at the 17th floor of the pools and the still-being-constructed bridal garden.
