#WhiteAndBright at Juancho Trivino and Dominic Rocco's Birthday Bash6:30 AM
I've been so inspired with white spaces lately that I have started the #WhiteAndBright campaign on Instagram. I dedicated my entire Instagram page (@mj_deleon) to uploads that are dominated with, well, the shades of white.
That's why I was very excited when I attended Juancho Trivino and Dominic Rocco's charity birthday celebration at the newly refurbished white function hall of Marikina City. Expect all the photos here to be mostly white while I was also testing the photo capabilities of the iPhone 6 Plus.
Of course, this post is not really about that. It's about the birthday celebration of two of GMA's most talented young artists who spent a day with the street sweepers of Marikina. That's definitely one job I can't do, imagining how crowded our streets are and how impolite the weather can be. It would be nice to do something to these people who is making our cities livable.
Juancho and Dominic were game in playing fun games with their special guests. They also gave special items from their sponsors. For Juancho, it's his tiny way of saying "Thank You" to people who chose an important job which a lot of people won't do.
Juancho is just taking a break from his busy schedule. He is part of, not one, not two, but three shows in the Kapuso network. You will soon see him as Charles in the top-rating afternoon soap "The Half Sisters". He has started taping and you should be able to see his character any day soon. He is still part of the regular cast of the longest-running gag show "Bubble Gang" while appearing in another comedy show "Instadad" as Dwight Dominguez. "Instadad" airs every Sunday afternoon.
The year is looking great for indie kid Dominic Rocco, on the other had, since he is part of the new afternoon series "Healing Hearts". With Kristoffer Martin and Joyce Ching as lead cast, Dominic will play the character of Stephen in the show which will premiere on May 11, replacing "Kailan Ba Naging Tama Ang Mali?" Dominic's last project is the critically-acclaimed "Ang Dalawang Mrs. Real".
It looks like we will be seeing more of these two GMA boys on TV. It's also nice to realize that not only are the pa-cute ones are being rewarded with projects. Our young character actors are also getting big breaks. Happy Birthday Juancho and Dominic! :)
