The Newspaper Boy

Surrounded by all the sceneries and attractions which transport you back to be a kid again, there is a spot in Universal Studios Singapore which reminded me of who I really want to be. If you've been to this fun place, do you remember that door marked "The New York Daily Inquirer" just beside the bricked "Palace"?  Well, it can qualify for being my favorite spot in the entire Universal Studios.

I've always wanted to be in the media. When I was 10, I used to tell my mom I want to be a newscaster. That inspiration changed a little bit when  I majored in Journalism when I was in college. Now, I am working as a writer for Resorts World Manila. But before this, my very first job was to work as a newspaper writer for a regional paper based in my hometown, the Eastern Visayas Mail (EV MAIL). So the attention I gave to this little spot in one of the coolest places I've been to is not at all surprising.

Someday, after trying so many things in my life, I know that I will go back to where my heart really is. And that is to be a newspaper boy

This is the outfit I was wearing for 9 hours while scaling all those fun rides in Universal Studios. The weather in Singapore allowed me to go a little bit summer-ish and the expected fun rides and long walks urged me to consider comfort.

I also shared more photos wearing the same ensemble. There's one in Palace, also in one of Universal Studios' 6 sections which is New York, and there's another shot taken right at the gate of Jurassic Park
